| Chameleons ethos is to provide bespoke training programmes predominently for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, by working in partnership with Community and Voluntary Organisations. Chameleon also offers ongoing support to participants over a number of weeks working with a personal development coach. We provide motivation and encouragement to work towards setting goals, to maximise potential. We deliver high quality Accreditied and Non Accreditied Courses and Workshops, be it upon land or sea (and occaisionally, dangling from a rope!) The programmes are tailored to the individual, so we have developed a wide range of training provisions which also encompass the needs of those who do not wish to partake in Further Education or Training and would prefer a more artistic approach to learning. With our Creative Arts programme this can easily be achieved. Work and Voluntary Placements are also available (subject to Risk Assessment and Insurance Requirements) | Chameleons commitment to young people are paramount.
